To use, drop this bomb into a warm bath and allow to dissolve. Stir clockwise while setting your intention for love and gratitude.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Suggested ritual additions:

✨ Safely light a candle (or many!), turn out the electric lights, and candle gaze while you soak

✨ Find your favorite lofi station (there are so many good witchy ones!) and play it softly, allowing yourself to enjoy the gentle stillness

✨ Spend your bath following whatever feels good to you. If it feels good to simply be, just be. If it feels good to feel the softness of your own skin, do that. Maybe you wish to blow bubbles, or draw on the tiles with spare makeup. Allow yourself to enjoy what feels good.

✨ After your bath, spend some time at your bathroom mirror. Practice eye gazing - where you hold eye contact with your reflection. Be gentle with yourself - allow what comes up to be a gift of learning and grace. End your session by wrapping your arms around yourself, soothing yourself with a warm and cuddly hug.

Last night I used one of Red Cat Apothecary’s Feel That Love bath bombs. I lit & surrounded my bathtub with candles and put on the lofi witch playlist. I focused on self love & the person I love & the candlelight. I splashed, stretched, & submerged myself many times & I just couldn’t stop smiling. Even after the bath I just felt wonderful. I looked in the mirror after and gave myself some compliments and a hug. I kept smiling as I went to read before bed.
