✨ Safely light a candle (or many!), turn out the electric lights, and candle gaze while you soak

✨ Find your favorite lofi station (there are so many good witchy ones!) and play it softly, allowing yourself to enjoy the gentle stillness

✨ Take five deep cleansing breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth

✨ A bath, in and of itself, is a cleansing ritual. Take your time cleaning yourself in the warm, luxurious water. Take care as you cleanse, thinking about what it is that you wish to be cleansed of - of that which is no longer serving you. Imagine whatever it is as something that is being cleansed out of your body - however this manifests for you. Maybe the thing is dirt that you are soaping off into the bath. Maybe the thing is dingy light leaving your pores while you soak. Allow whatever it is to leave you and be collected in the bath water - it will be leaving you soon. Before getting out of the bath, imagine the spark of a white light growing in your heart space, replacing that which you are releasing. Take a moment to notice what that white light is sparking - how does it feel? What does it represent? Take this new intention with you as you move on from this cleansing bath. Let that which you have released go down the drain with your bathwater. You are cleansed.
