DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Suggested ritual additions:

✨ Safely light a candle (or many!), turn out the electric lights, and candle gaze while you soak

✨ Find your favorite lofi station (there are so many good witchy ones!) and play it softly, allowing yourself to enjoy the gentle stillness

✨ Close your eyes and be in stillness. Allow yourself this stillness for as long as feels good. When you are ready, bring to mind a vision of a warm forest. You may see sunlight through the leaves. This forest is a sanctuary. Spend time among the trees. If any tree in particular calls to you, ask it if it is open to speaking with you. If it says yes, ask the tree any questions that feel good to ask. Perhaps you ask if you may touch the tree. Perhaps you ask if the tree can spare some grounding, energizing earth energy with you. When you feel complete, thank the tree and surrounding forest. Feel the water around you as you come back into the here and now, energized and vital.
