DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Suggested ritual additions:

✨ Safely light a candle (or many!), turn out the electric lights, and candle gaze while you soak

✨ Find your favorite lofi station (there are so many good witchy ones!) and play it softly, allowing yourself to enjoy the gentle stillness

✨ Practice some simple breathwork while you relax in the bath. If breathwork doesn't feel right for you, simply take five deep breaths and repeat as feels good to you. If you have a favorite breathwork practice or app feel free to use that. I do suggest sticking with a lighter to medium level breathwork - allowing for a more relaxing breathwork experience versus something more strenuous. Box breathing is a favorite of mine - start by letting out all your air, and then breathe in slowly for a four count, hold the breath in for a four count, release the breath over a four count, and hold with your breath completely released out for a four count, then repeat this process as many times as feels good to you. You can find out more about box breathing with a quick online search!
