✨ Safely light a candle (or many!), turn out the electric lights, and candle gaze while you soak

✨ Find your favorite lofi station (there are so many good witchy ones!) and play it softly, allowing yourself to enjoy the gentle stillness

✨ Have your journal or favorite notebook nearby, along with your writing implement(s) of choice. Take a deep, grounding breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Bring to mind whatever it is that you want to bring your focus back to. It's okay if it takes some time for other thoughts to move through and melt away. Continue to aim your focus.
