Servings per jar - approximately 2 showers worth, depending on your preference!

Note - walking on these salts is preferred! Feet are a great conduit for absorbing constituents & compounds into the body. The magnesium in Epsom salts are super supportive - associated with relieving muscle aches, supporting sleep, and general mood balance and nervous system regulation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Before turning on the shower water, sprinkle a layer of salts on the floor of the shower.

Turn on the water and step into the shower. Replenish salts as much as you desire!

Suggested ritual additions:

✨ Close your eyes and be in stillness. When you are ready, bring to mind a vision of a warm forest. You may see sunlight through the leaves. This forest is a sanctuary. Spend time among the trees. If any tree in particular calls to you, ask it if it is open to speaking with you. If it says yes, ask the tree any questions that feel good to ask. Perhaps you ask if you may touch the tree. Perhaps you ask if the tree can spare some grounding, energizing earth energy with you. When you feel complete, thank the tree and surrounding forest. Feel the water around you as you come back into the here and now, energized and vital.
