Peace Out Bath Salts
This bath salt blend was formulated to offer support on those days when our nerves are fried! Magnesium, a key ingredient in epsom salts, helps to reduce stress hormones in the brain. Lavender is know for its relaxing scent.
This 8oz jar of salts comes with a small bamboo spoon and a muslin tea bag. Both of these supplies are reusable! Simply scoop some salts into the tea bag (the amount is up to you!) and steep the bag in your bath water.
You can even tie the tea bag under the faucet at the water runs into the bath. We suggest you think or speak a relaxing mantra as you watch the water run over the tea bag, and take some deep breaths to enjoy the aromatherapy.
