Experience a spa treatment in your own home! Each of these facial steam starters is packed with herbal goodness.

  • Relaxing - rose*, chamomile*, lavender*, calendula*, lemon verbena*, cornflower*
  • Cleansing - calendula*, rose*, orange peel*, chamomile*, cloves*, cinnamon*
  • Clearing - eucalyptus*, peppermint*, lavender*, oregano*, basil*, essential oil of eucalyptus* and peppermint*

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Fill a large bowl with hot water. The water should be hot enough to release steam but does not need to be boiling.

2. Sit comfortably with the bowl in front of you. Make sure you have medium-large towel with you.

3. Pour at least 2T of herbs into the bowl. Mix the herbs around to make sure they submerge.

4. Tent the towel over your head and lean over the bowl. Make sure you're close enough to feel the steam but far enough away that you are not burning.

5. Enjoy the steam for at least 5 minutes, until you feel complete. You may take breaks as needed.
