Energizing Bath Salts
This bath salt blend was formulated to offer support on those days when our energy has just run out. Magnesium, and ingredient in epsom salt, is needed in the body for energy production. Natural scents of lemon and pine are refreshing, uplifting, and energizing.
This 8oz jar of salts comes with a small bamboo spoon and a muslin tea bag. Both of these supplies are reusable! Simply scoop some salts into the tea bag (the amount is up to you!) and steep the bag in your bath water.
You can even tie the tea bag under the faucet at the water runs into the bath. We suggest you think or speak an energizing mantra as you watch the water run over the tea bag, and take some deep breaths to enjoy the aromatherapy.
