Servings per jar - approximately 2 showers worth, depending on your preference!

Note - walking on these salts is preferred! Feet are a great conduit for absorbing constituents & compounds into the body. The magnesium in Epsom salts are super supportive - associated with relieving muscle aches, supporting sleep, and general mood balance and nervous system regulation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Before turning on the shower water, sprinkle a layer of salts on the floor of the shower.

Turn on the water and step into the shower. Replenish salts as much as you desire!

Suggested ritual additions:

✨ Close your eyes and speak affirmations of abundance. Make sure your affirmations speak in the present tense, even if you are speaking of your future - for example:

"I am abundant and fulfilled."

Repeat these affirmations to yourself at least 5 times, and as much as feels good to you past that. Allow yourself to visualize what life is like within the truth of your affirmation. Feel what it feels like. Enjoy that for as long as you wish. When you feel complete, gently open your eyes and feel the water on your body, bringing you back to grounded presence. And, if you can, keep that abundant feeling with you as you move forward with the rest of your day.
