Cleansing Ritual Shower Salts

Before turning on the shower water, sprinkle a layer of salts on the floor of the shower.

Turn on the water and step into the shower. Replenish salts as much as you desire!

Suggested ritual additions:

✨ Take five deep cleansing breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth

✨ A shower, in and of itself, is a cleansing ritual. Take your time cleaning yourself. Take care as you cleanse, thinking about how each part of yourself that you are cleansing supports you on a daily basis. Thank your body for being your ally. If you have a rocky relationship with your body, I see you - try your best to see the good that your body does for and with you. Through ally-ship, we come home to wholeness. Be gentle with yourself. We’re all doing the best we can. Before leaving the shower, imagine the spark of a white light growing in your heart space. Give yourself a big bear hug for completion.
